Guest's need to contact the group housing coordinator directly, if they want to extend their stay or book different room types outside of the group block (which is subject to availability and rate). Reservations needed after the cutoff date must be booked directly through group housing. The group rate after cutoff is not guaranteed, and is subject to current availability.

Destin West Vacations

Just to the east of the The Island Beachside Resort and steps away from the Boardwalk is the award winning Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. This Caribbean-style resort is the closest condominiums to the event site and is offering a discount for this special event. The property features beautifully furnished 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units on both the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay with an elevated walkway for convenient beach-to-bay access. Cancellation Policy

Outside of 30 days prior to the arrival date it is $140.00 + tax to change or cancel. Inside of 30 days prior to the arrival date to change or cancel forfeits the full advance payment.

The Four Points by Sheraton is located just West of the Fishing Pier directly on the sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island.
